Subcontractors: FHC may transfer your personal data to specialised third parties (for example, data storage companies) that may be contracted by FHC or other group companies, which will process the data on behalf of FHC (as subcontractors) and will assist in the provision of the content and provision of the services requested by it. These subcontractors will be obliged before FHC to fulfil the confidentiality obligations of your data and to put in place the appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against the accidental or illicit destruction, accidental loss, alteration, diffusion and unauthorised access and any other form of illicit treatment.

Data retention: FHC will only keep your data for the period considered reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or for compliance with any other legal or ethical requirements.
