However, given the risks inherent to the use of the Internet, FHC cannot ensure or guarantee the security of the information transmitted to FHC. The emails sent through this site are not encrypted, thus FHC does not advise that any type of confidential information is transmitted by this means because there is the risk that it may be used by unauthorised third parties.

Rights of the data subject: Users of the site have the right to access the personal data held by FHC concerning them, to review and correct it and to request the deletion of data that are incorrect.

You also have the right to withdraw the prior consent given to FHC for the processing of your personal data.
